- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I appreciate Dr. Barracloughs caring service. He is willing to listen to what I have to say and I never feel like he is uninterested or judgmental about my questions or problems. He always answers my questions professionally and thoroughly. He checks to make sure I understand his recommendations and why he has made them. I do have to say that his telephone system and his office staff are frustrating. His staff does not return calls promptly and the answering system leaves me feeling like I have wasted my time. You rarely speak to a person. It is almost always the answering system. Dr. Barraclough gets 5 stars; his staff gets 2 stars.December 19, 2016by Sue Gebs
